Now this is news that I am particularly pleased about.  I have to say I am very fond of my food and very good food even more.   Great to see that Carmarthen is doing so well on the ‘foody’ front.  Even more reason to come and visit....

Free entry to Garden of Wales

The National Botanic Garden of Wales is throwing open its doors in honour of the Royal Horticultural Society’s National Gardening Week. There will be free entry for all on Wednesday April 15th as well as talks by the Botanic Garden’s Curator Simon Goodenough.  ...

Bursting in to colour

A walk through the woodland behind the cottage is now full of colour.  The wood anemone, bluebells, celandine, cowslips  and gorse are looking just wonderful.  Not sure that Lwcus is that impressed he is concentrating on sniffing lovely smells.

We were blessed with glorious weather the day James Button and his team from State of Flow Films came to make a video of Pen Y Garn Cottage.  I have to say these guys were fabulous.  They even help me change the blue room from a queen to a twin. Anyway the results are...
