We were absolutely delighted to be awarded the Self Catering Accommodation of the Year Bronze award at the Carmarthenshire Tourism Association award ceremony last night. At the outset we have endeavoured to make our guests stay as lovely and as memorable as possible. Receiving this award has been an endorsement of these efforts and we will continue to maintain our high standards and respond to customer feedback
The rigorous process of accreditation was fabulous for focussing on who are customers are and what we want to deliver to them. The judges feedback suggested that we should highlight the gardens more as they were a considerable feature. More time in the garden for me then. This is going to be a very pleasurable task to complete.
