Yesterday Max and I had a lovely drive up to Llechryd in Pembrokeshire to spend the day learning to make fresh pasta with Vicky North. Vicky runs a cookery school http://www.vicnorth.co.uk/ from her home and I have blogged before about my Christmas bakes course there.
Although Max and I had made pasta a couple of times before we still learnt a lot, first off to NOT wash your pasta m
achine or it goes rusty……………oooops! We had great day of fun and had a delicious supper to bring home.
